- Finance & Accounting:
- Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records and other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support monthly closing and other accounting processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding finance matters
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain employee and candidate records in HR systems
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication, and other ad hoc administrative support
- Support recruitment data entry, such as uploading resumes and updating candidate tracking
- General office administration tasks, including filing and documentation
- Provide support to HR and other departments as needed
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in finance/accounting or admin support
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and team player
