
Sales Coordinator (KL Sales Office)

- Perform the general office duties to support the Sales team in Kuala Lumpur office
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or group resume)
- Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials)
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process
- Answer questions from clients about property facilities and services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events)
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests
- Support the KL sales team in conducting market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation
- If required, support the KL sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and contract negotiations
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales programs
- Support in the coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
- Preferably 1 year of experience in hotel sales and related experience in an international hotel brand
- Good communication and organization skills
- Able to work under fast paced environment
