- Demonstrate strong understanding of pre-contract and post-contract cost management processes for fit-out and interior projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and detailed cost plans for banking branches, office fit-outs, and refurbishment works.
- Support tendering and procurement activities including preparing tender documentation, evaluating bids, reviewing commercial submissions, and compiling contract documents.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, managing variations, and supporting change control procedures.
- Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project scope, materials, and finishes.
- Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports and support client presentations.
- Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives related to materials, specifications, and construction methods.
- Maintain accurate cost records, cashflow tracking, and documentation throughout the project.
- Support compliance with internal governance processes and ensure all cost-related decisions are properly documented.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cost management or construction roles, ideally with experience in fit-out, commercial interiors, retail, or banking environments.
- Good understanding of cost planning, tendering, procurement, and post-contract cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CostX or similar estimating tools.
- Business-level and native English proficiency.
