The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.As a Lead Consultant within the Design Authority framework, you will play a key role in ensuring cross-functional alignment, best practices, and strategic oversight across projects. You will be responsible for harmonizing design decisions between multiple consultants, teams, and projects while maintaining a high standard of solution design. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure architectural consistency and adherence to strategic IT guidelines.Principle Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but not limited to:Design Authority Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and ensure solutions align with the broader business architecture, avoiding siloed approaches.
  • Ensure modifications to shared functionalities are evaluated holistically to avoid conflicting changes.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, including clear documentation, intuitive configurations, and optimized parameter settings.
  • Challenge business requirements to ensure cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
  • Harmonize design across multiple consultants, teams, and projects to enhance consistency and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure:
  • Alignment with Microsoft's roadmap and strategic ERP direction.
  • Architectural consistency across process areas and technical solutions.
  • Risk assessment for system-critical modifications.
  • Data migration strategies align with the overall system architecture.
  • Identification and resolution of conflicts with other processes, modifications, or upcoming Microsoft updates.
Finance-Specific Responsibilities
  • Lead solution delivery for Sales processes based on D365 modules, covering:
  • D365 Opportunity and Quote Management
  • Pricing and Discounting Logic (Trade Agreements, Contribution Margin, BOM Costs)
  • Product and Account Management
  • Customer and Contact Data Management (via PowerApps and Mobile Solutions)
  • Reporting and Document Templates (Quotes, CRNs, Export Control)
  • Act as the primary owner and project lead for Sales-related ERP implementations and enhancements.
  • Drive the harmonization of legacy CRM 2015 processes into D365, ensuring minimal disruption and improved user experience.
  • Oversee reporting projects throughout the full lifecycle - from initial brainstorming to implementation and user training.
  • Analyze business needs and develop solution concepts.
  • Design, configure, and document ERP solutions.
  • Provide detailed requirements for the development team.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Microsoft D365 ERP IT Consultant with a focus on Finance.
  • Proven track record (min. 3 years) in managing international projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Management Reporter and Dynamics SSRS Reports.
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics Data Model and Entities.
  • Experience as a requirement engineer for report development.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project planning and coordination capabilities.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor consultants and drive best practices across teams.
  • Fluent in English.
Preffered Qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and embedded BI solutions.
