We’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support for Hotel Reservation to join our growing international team in Malaysia. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales team & resolve customer issues.
  • Handle escalations and ensure accurate sales verification.
  • Follow up on cases until resolution.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality customer service.
  • Create a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Provide timely, accurate support while adhering to SOPs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
  • Hotel/Reservation experience is required
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Active listener; able to handle inquiries and objections professionally
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Flexible with rotating shifts
  • Willing to work at G-Tower Malaysia
