- Provide timely, accurate support while adhering to SOPs.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading)
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field
- Hotel/Reservation experience is required
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Active listener; able to handle inquiries and objections professionally
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Flexible with rotating shifts
- Willing to work at G-Tower Malaysia
