Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes: Client Leadership & Digital Strategy Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic direction across digital media channels. Recommend optimal combinations of social media, influencer marketing, video content, sponsorships, and paid ads that align with client goals. Drive business outcomes by shaping client digital marketing strategies and advocating for high-performing campaigns. Account Growth & Upselling Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Leverage data, relationships, and consultative selling to grow account value and client satisfaction. Campaign & Content Oversight Supervise the planning and execution of digital activations, including video marketing, contests, creator collaborations, advertorials , brand/product placements, and more. Oversee day-to-day social media operations on (e.g,. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring content quality, relevance, and consistency. Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of assets. Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration Guide and motivate your account team, ensuring smooth coordination across content producers, designers, ad ops, and finance. Set clear timelines and expectations while mentoring team members toward professional growth. Be accountable for project performance , delivery standards, and team morale. Business Development & Pitching Think entrepreneurially: Proactively pitch ideas to clients, even without formal briefs. Contribute to client growth and position yourself as an invaluable part of their business success story. Market & Trend Analysis Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes , consumer behaviour shifts, and emerging digital trends. Help your team create culturally relevant and competitive content strategies. Reporting & Optimization Ensure data-driven campaign optimization through clear, insightful performance reports. Identify key learnings and translate them into actionable next steps for future initiatives. What Success Looks Like in This Role: Clients renew contracts and increase budgets based on your relationship-building. Campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPIs. Your team feels supported, inspired, and aligned. You bring at least 2 proactive campaign ideas to clients each quarter. You identify at least one upselling or growth opportunity every month. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in client servicing and digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment. Proven success in managing digital campaigns and growing client accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay. A natural people person with the charisma to build trust and drive enthusiasm in every client conversation. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines under pressure. Strong leadership and delegation skills. You know how to coach a team to win. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Proficient in using AI tools to assist in operational tasks - enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
