Understanding and applying knowledge of design codes, industries standard and practices such as ASME, ASHREA,SMACNA etc. and Interpretation of the requirements to meet project requirement
Competent to resolve problems /trouble shoot based on Codes & Standards interpretation
Understand Codes limitation, apply with accuracy and effectiveness.
Understanding of Client's specification (e.g. PTS, DEP, GS, IP etc.) and provide service which meet contract requirements
Able to do Duct sizing independently.
Able to do calculation of air balancing

KNOWLEDGE OF SOFTWARE

Able to operate Autocad 2017 and above
Able to operate PDMS Aveva or E3D Modelling
Able to operate Micro Station
Able to operate SP3D Modelling

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

3D modeling of piping, HVAC and equipment in AVEVA PDMS and SP3D.
Preparation of drawings/documents for HVAC Flow Diagram, D&ID and equipment layout drawings using Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
Generate quantity reports using AVEVA PDMS
Assist with coordination of 3D model activities, i.e. Solve clush issue with others disciplines.
Assists with plans and schedules and prepare/maintain design procedures, standards to provide quality design documents,
Interface with others Discipline, design partners, for the purpose of model/space control, etc.,
Perform coordination review of specifications and other documents prepared by others.

About you:The Candidate shall possess a RECOGNISED Diploma in Mechanical or Equivalent.
