- Organic growth from existing agents & customers
- Continuous recruitment of new agents
- Full responsibility of credit control & premium collection
- Provide training to agents and other intermediaries
- Constant social engagement with corporate clients
- To conduct risks inspection before acceptance
- To accept & underwrite risks within authority limit & guidelines
- To obtain market intelligent
- Work with customer on risk management
- To adhere to AMLA provision & other relevant compliance matters pertaining to OACM & the Great Eastern Group policies & be vigilant to uphold these in the discharge of any duties
- Other related description that related to the functional role as marketing
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Other responsibilities entailed
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Good communication skills
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
