Our client, well established manufacturing companies is looking for suitable candidatesJob ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the efficient and safe operation of all machinery and equipment. This involves minimizing downtime through effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing the performance and lifespan of plant assets.Plan and Schedule Maintenance: Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Inspect Equipment: Regularly inspect plant machinery and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance operations adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Team Management: Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team to ensure effective performance.
Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
Coordination: Work closely with other departments for shutdowns and startups.Procurement: Procure necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for maintenance work.
Productivity Improvement: Implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency of the plant.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in collaboration with quality assurance.Job RequirementsDegree in Engineering.More than 10 years experience with 4-5 years experience as managerial level.Good command of English.
