-Own ROI responsibility for digital marketing channels and performance metrics
-Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and regional teams

-Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI/LLM applications in marketingChannel Management & Optimisation
-Drive organic growth through technical SEO, content strategy, and search performance optimisation
-Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
-Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms
-Continuously test, analyse, and improve website and landing page conversion rates
-Integrate AI and LLM technologies to enhance campaign performance, content creation, and customer insightsAnalytics & Performance
-Build comprehensive reporting frameworks and dashboards for stakeholder communication
-Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and optimisation strategies
-Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
-Use advanced analytics tools and machine learning for data-informed decision making
-Leverage predictive analytics for campaign optimisation and forecastingCollaboration & Communication
-Partner with regional teams to understand local market nuances and requirements
-Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure messaging alignment across all digital touchpoints

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
-4-6 years of comprehensive digital marketing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
-Proven track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns with budgets of $500K+ annually
-Expert-level proficiency in SEO, PPC, paid social, and conversion rate optimisation
-Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or SaaS environmentsTechnical Skills
-CMS Platforms: Hands-on experience with CMS (Umbraco, WordPress, and Webflow)
-Analytics & Advertising: Advanced proficiency with GA4, Tableau, SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
-SEO Tools: Expert-level experience with SEMrush and SERanking for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking
-CRM Systems: Proficiency with Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking
-AI Tools: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot for marketing automation, content generation, and data analysis
-Additional Tools: Experience with CRO platforms and marketing automation systems
-Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development principlesAnalytical & Communication Skills
-Exceptional analytical abilities with experience in statistical analysis and A/B testing
-Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels
