Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Executive (B2B) to support a leading provider of CAD, CAM, CAE, and 3D solutions in Malaysia. The role involves contributing to marketing initiatives, managing content, supporting events, and assisting in lead generation for business-focused campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & EventsAssist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies, including creation and distribution of marketing collaterals.Attend and support events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.Communicate with clients, affiliate networks, and partners.Online Platforms & Lead ManagementManage and maintain all online platforms including website, blog, social media, and advertising channels.Execute marketing plans and ensure effective tracking of leads generated from digital platforms.Content & CopywritingDevelop and integrate content marketing strategies across digital channels.Write copy for websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.Ensure all content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing initiatives to drive conversion.Analysis & OptimizationPlan, manage, and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns.Monitor online activity using analytics tools and generate insights for improvement.Conduct competitor research and provide analytical reports with actionable recommendations.Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong team player with self-management and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work in a structured manner.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, remarketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to plan, execute, test (A/B & multivariate), and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Disciplined execution and follow-up of campaigns to meet objectives.
  • Experience in online marketing, branding, social media marketing, and copywriting is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable writing and communicating about technical concepts.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.
