Regional Sales Manager (Malaysia) - Telecom Wholesale Sales About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager based in Malaysia to drive B2B telecom sales across Southeast Asia . With 5-8 years of proven experience in wholesale carrier markets , you'll generate revenue through collocation, bandwidth, DCI, and DWDM solutions; build a strong sales pipeline; nurture SEA telco relationships; and deliver market insights to leadership. Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales in the telecom sector, focusing on collocation, bandwidth services, DCI, and DWDM solutions. Lead new business opportunities in the telco wholesale carrier market across Southeast Asia. Identify, qualify, and generate sales opportunities; build a robust pipeline through prospecting while meeting sales targets. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. Capture qualified leads in CRM and nurture them from lead to close. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure deals in a competitive environment. Monitor sales performance metrics, provide feedback, and coach for improved productivity. Share strong knowledge, relationships, SEA telco market updates, trends, and networking insights with senior management. Required Skills: Deep knowledge of global wholesale business market updates and insights. Proven track record in SEA markets with achieved KPI sales targets. Familiarity with telecom services like Dark Fiber, Ethernet, DCI, DIA, MPLS VPN, or DWDM solutions. Strong networking in the SEA telecom or related industry. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools. Excellent professional communication and presentation skills (oral and written). Willingness to travel as needed. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Qualifications : Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunication or a relevant field. Minimum 5-8 years of B2B/corporate telecommunications sales experience
