Job description Job: Administrative Assistant Based : Johor Bahru Job Scope / Responsibilities: o Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks. o Manage office supplies, inventory, stationery and printing. o Maintain proper filing and documentation. o Prepare and handle correspondence, emails, and reports. o Data entry and record-keeping. o Photocopying, scanning, and binding documents. o Answer and direct phone calls, take messages. o Greet and assist visitors/clients. o Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier services. o Assist in HR, finance, and project coordination when needed. o Help with staff claims, leave records, and timesheets. o Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. o Schedule and organize meetings, prepare minutes. o Help arrange company events or trainings. o Ensure all business registrations, policies, permits and licenses are well managed and valid within the prescribed period including dealing with any government agency and company secretary. o Handle company assets including vehicles from financing, registration, insurance policies, road tax and claim process. o Handle facilitate and safe keeping of all documents including contracts and agreements. o Manage admin report, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other admin duties. Job Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia). Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
