- Act as system owner for electrical, building, gas, DI water and elevator systems
- Develop and execute long‑term facilities maintenance strategies with documented evidence
- Drive continuous improvement and eliminate unplanned production interruptions
- Lead and mentor technicians and external contractors in troubleshooting and system optimisation
- Plan and manage capacity expansion, including system monitoring and forecasting
- Own audit readiness, licensing and regulatory compliance for facilities equipment
- Lead complex engineering and capital projects from concept through execution
- Manage operating budgets, forecasts and CAPEX related to facilities systems
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (production, IE, etc.) on factory expansion and upgrades
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma with extensive experience)
- 10+ years' experience in semiconductor facilities management (15+ years with diploma)
- Strong expertise in electrical systems within high‑tech manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to lead teams, vendors and multidisciplinary projects
- Hands‑on problem solver with strong root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to mentor, influence and collaborate across functions
- Senior‑level engineering role with strategic ownership and autonomy
- Exposure to large-scale, mission-critical manufacturing infrastructure
