Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to customers, recipients, and stations safely and on time.
Checking orders before and after delivery to ensure that names and addresses are within its coverage area.
Ensuring all items to be delivered or picked up are safe and free from damage. Reporting any discrepancies to the Station Head if found.
Ensuring that the names and addresses on the items to be collected or delivered match the actual person and location in the system.
Collecting payment for cash-on-delivery (COD) items upon delivery if applicable. Ensuring that collected COD matches the system.
Ensuring that all COD money collected from customers is managed by the Station Head/Fleet Assistant every day - To contact customers before failed deliveries.
Complying with designated routes and adhering to schedules.
Complying with all transportation laws and maintaining safe driving records.
