- Execute and support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and trade mechanics across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website), with understanding of the commercial objective behind each activation.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, content, and visuals, and flag potential issues that may impact conversion or customer experience.
- Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion (keywords, visuals, cross-selling).
- Support adaptation of online assets (banners, posters, basic ad visuals) to meet platform requirements.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to fix listing or campaign issues, taking ownership to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor stock availability, campaign readiness, and basic performance signals during key campaigns, and escalate risks early.
- Support customer review monitoring and escalate service or product issues when needed.
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or online trade execution.
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Good understanding of the online customer journey and conversion drivers.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for basic copywriting and keyword optimization.
- Good visual judgement and ability to adapt assets for online platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and being on standby during peak campaigns.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn beyond task execution.
- Experience in beauty, FMCG, or digital commerce.
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop backends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO or marketplace search behavior.
