Job Brief We are looking for a passionate Member Retention Specialist to help us retain our core member base. In this role, you will ensure that our customers are successfully billed every month. In addition to this, you will be communicating with our members to ensure that they are happy with their experience at our gyms and ensure that their feedback and concerns are heard and managed. Candidate Requirements 1-2 years in sales or customer service. Experience in fitness or BPO industry with be an added advantage. Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range: RM2000 - RM2300 ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY Location: Anytime Fitness SS15 & Anytime Fitness Highpark Kelana Jaya (willing to travel between these two locations)
