- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs
- Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account
- Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
- Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
- Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review
- 3+ years' experience within an Account Management role preferable
- Proven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in eCommerce for FMCG brands
- Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
- Strong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team player
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
- Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
