Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements 2. Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded 3. Ensure 100% participation and contribution in team activities 4. Attend & get certified for development plans identified to up skill and for personal development as per the planned timeline 5. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements 6. Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded. 7. Ensure all task and activities are recorded in AOM accurately and promptly. Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners' expectations. Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards. Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark.
