- Provide first-level support to users on hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including remote troubleshooting via phone or email.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Ensure software updates, patches, and antivirus definitions are current.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Support basic network setup and maintenance (e.g., LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity).
- Monitor system performance and report irregularities to senior IT staff.
- Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions (Active Directory, email, etc.).
- Maintain documentation of support issues and resolutions.
- Assist in updating IT policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Prepare reports on IT support activities and inventory updates.
- Support IT infrastructure projects such as hardware rollouts, system migrations, and upgrades.
- Participate in testing and deployment of new tools and systems under supervision.
- Help monitor compliance with IT security policies.
- Report any suspected security incidents to senior IT personnel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with basic scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Support for company website or internal systems (e.g., CMS, ERP).
- Support for audio/visual equipment in meetings or events.
