Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill Responsibility Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
