Join our HR team and gain hands-on experience supporting the Commercial function. You'll work closely with the HRBP and sales teams to help implement HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and contribute to recruitment and learning activities. As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will: Use data-driven insights to update the business on HR-related matters such as recruitment, learning programs, and employee services. Coordinate HR activities across departments and support the delivery of HR solutions. Track employee development plans and learning program participation. Assist in coordinating training sessions and monitoring progress. Assist in screening and shortlisting candidate profiles for job levels of executive and below. Support recruitment activities by acting as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Improve employee experience by assisting with onboarding, employee queries and coordinating engagement activities. Contribute ideas and help organize employee engagement activities like festive events, wellness programs, and internal campaigns. Gain exposure in people analytics by understanding and interpreting HR data. Assist in improving HR reporting processes by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements.
