Job DescriptionRequirements- Requirement - certificates in accounting or similar studies- Experience - minimum 1 year experience (for Assistant) and 3 years experience (for Executive) in accounting or booking- Scope - day to day accounting and bookkeeping works which include but not limit to data entry, collection and payment, reconciliation, reporting etc.Responsibilities1. Accounts Payable & Receivable SupportInvoice Processing: Entering vendor invoices into the accounting system (Autocount) and ensuring they match purchase orders.Payment Entry: Recording incoming checks, wire transfers, and credit card payments against client accounts.Billing: Preparing and sending out basic digital or paper invoices to customers.2. Financial Record MaintenanceLedger Posting: Transferring data from subsidiary journals to the general ledger.Expense Tracking: Categorizing employee expense reports and receipts into the correct digital "buckets" for tax and budgeting purposes.Account Reconciliation: Comparing bank statements against internal records to spot discrepancies (often called "bank recs").Benefits
