Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Leadership Drive revenue growth across key product lines and business segments. Support strategic end-user and channel partner engagement to develop and convert business opportunities. Oversee execution of local go-to-market plans, campaigns, and pipeline activities in alignment with vendors. Collaborate amongst Business Development Managers and Pre-Sales to win value-based cybersecurity projects. Channel & Vendor Management Strengthen the local partner ecosystem by enabling and supporting system integrators, MSSPs and resellers. Ensure local execution of vendor strategy and targets, including marketing initiatives, enablement, and sales performance. Serve as a key point of contact for major vendors in the country. Operational Excellence Assist the Reporting Executive in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and driving operational efficiency. Provide input on P&L, budgeting, and resource allocation. Leadership & Team Management Mentor and guide local sales, technical, and support teams toward performance excellence. Strategic Planning Contribute to the development and execution of the country business plan. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to support strategic decisions. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Cybersecurity; MBA or certifications are a plus. 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT, with 3-5 years in senior leadership. Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, and regulatory frameworks. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and country-level operations. Solid commercial acumen with experience in P&L, budgeting, and revenue growth. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive engagement skills. Strategic, hands-on leader able to drive execution, manage risk, and act as Country Manager when required.
