Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms Initiate outbound contact via email, cold calls, and social messaging to introduce products/services. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-quality prospects to the sales team. Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM tools Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Monitor and report on lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related sales role within a SaaS or technology environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
