- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Promote company products and solutions to potential clients
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, M&E contractors, and ELV installers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
- Follow up closely to close sales opportunities
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demands
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and project teams)
- Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and project execution
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in network infrastructure, ELV, or related industry
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply (junior level)
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
