Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth by developing new clients and managing existing accounts within the network infrastructure and ELV sector.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
  • Promote company products and solutions to potential clients
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, M&E contractors, and ELV installers
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
3. Proposal & Negotiation
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
  • Follow up closely to close sales opportunities
4. Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market demands
5. Coordination & Support
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and project teams)
  • Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and project execution
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
6. Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Key RequirementsEducation
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in network infrastructure, ELV, or related industry
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply (junior level)
Technical & Business Skills
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure / ELV solutions is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Soft Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
