Furthermore, the Controlling Manager initiates and implements action plans for continuous improvement of all controlling relevant processes.Financial responsibility of Vulcanite Malaysia (Seremban).Qualifications1.Finance and controlling management (policies, systems and processes)2.Cost and financial accounting3.Local language & culture (intercultural sensitivity)4.Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques as well as total cost management5.Communication techniques (incl. presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques)6.Leadership & management skills (incl. team-building, delegation, performance management and people development techniques)7.Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and systems8.
