a) Development of new customers and new regions of sales b) Initiation of new sales discussion with existing customers and ensure orders follow through to conclude sales. c) Follow through the maintenance and expansion of new sales of new products once business has been developed by the Marketing Manager. d) Management of agents/distributors in the assigned regions. e) Responsible for prompt communications with agents/distributors and direct customers in assigned territories. f) Responsible to make quotation to customers and initiation of Sales Order in SAP system for sales concluded. g) Preparing of contracts and agreements with customers and liaison with personnel both internal and customers responsible for all necessary functions for the timely execution of contracted orders. h) Ensure on-time shipments as contracted and prompt collection of outstanding payments. i) To be involved in shipment scheduling, forecasting and be responsible collecting of market information, market surveys, statistics and monthly reports from the agents. j) To undertake such other duties as instructed by Superior from time to time.
