Account Executive | Mandarin Speaking | Basic RM2500-RM4000

• Process invoices & payments
• Issue and monitor customer invoices
• Follow up on overdue receivables
• Reconcile balances & resolve issues

• General ledger entries
• Bank/supplier/customer reconciliation
• Assist with month-end reports
• Handle open/overdue items

• Ensure tax and accounting compliance
• Support audits
• Help streamline financial processes

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting (Fresh grads may apply)
• Languages: English, Mandarin, Malay
• Skills: AP & AR, Reconciliation, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP),SQL Accounting (preferred), Time management & communication
• Financial reporting, taxation, audit (added advantage)
