The role leads international sales strategy, driving market entry, distributor partnerships, and brand development for the company's personal care portfolio. With full P&L accountability, this position is responsible for expanding the brand globally, optimizing growth, and establishing long-term market presence.
  • Define and execute the international sales and distribution strategy for the company's personal care portfolio.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize key markets for expansion, balancing short-term revenue with long-term brand-building objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and partnerships with international distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of export operations, including compliance, product registration, supply chain coordination, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership on brand development and market positioning to ensure competitiveness in diverse international markets.
  • Drive the launch of new products internationally, aligning with consumer insights and regulatory requirements of each market.
  • Develop, manage, and coach an international sales team to deliver high performance and strong business outcomes.
  • Manage international P&L, ensuring revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost efficiencies.
  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to deliver end-to-end market readiness.
  • Monitor and analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years' proven experience in international sales/export management within FMCG, preferably personal care / beauty / healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in building personal care brands across multiple regions, including emerging and developed markets.
  • Strong distributor and key account management experience with a global network of contacts.
  • Deep understanding of export regulations, product compliance, and international logistics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience managing full P&L accountability.
  • High energy, growth mindset, and entrepreneurial drive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
