The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and developing key accounts within the life science industry, focusing on wound care solutions. This position is based Selangor and requires a strategic approach to sales and relationship management.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in the wound care segment to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to client needs and market trends.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product offerings and solutions.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, sales metrics, and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
