Penerangan KerjaKelayakanMinimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or related fieldPrior experience in receptionist or administrative role is an advantage (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Good communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaPleasant personality with professional appearance and strong customer service mindsetProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsAble to manage front desk operations (greeting visitors, handling calls, managing correspondence)TanggungjawabGreet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.Manage incoming calls by answering, screening, and forwarding messages appropriately.Assist with overseas and outstation calls when required.Handle distribution of incoming mails, documents, and faxes to relevant departments.Coordinate meeting arrangements, including room bookings and preparation of refreshments when necessary.Arrange courier services for document and parcel collection.Ensure office cleanliness and maintain assets in good condition.Oversee and manage administrative store and inventory, including stock monitoring and record updates.Supervise office cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.Serve refreshments (coffee/tea) to visitors when required.Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of office supplies (e.g., stationery, groceries, PPE, company merchandise, vending items, and IT equipment).Ensure all licenses, tenancy agreements, service contracts, certificates, bills, and related documents are renewed and maintained properly and on time.Provide general administrative support, including coordinating maintenance, repairs, and equipment inventory management.Manfaat
