- Mid-Market Account Executive – for candidates with strong individual contributor experience in SaaS sales and deal closing.
- Partner Sales Development Representative (SDR) – for candidates with experience in outbound prospecting, partnerships, or ecosystem-driven sales.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
- Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Work with marketing and outbound teams to drive consistent pipeline generation.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting within CRM tools.
- Build relationships with agencies, channel partners, and ecosystem players.
- Collaborate with partners to generate new revenue opportunities.
- Support partner-led deal generation and pipeline development.
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes and playbooks.
- Use data-driven insights to improve pipeline conversion and sales efficiency.
- Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales tools for pipeline visibility.
- Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
- Partner with the partnerships team to support partner-led opportunities.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer expansion.
- Identify growth opportunities across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on market needs and customer insights.

- 2–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and customer engagement platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience selling messaging platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, or customer engagement tools
- Experience working with WhatsApp Business API or conversational commerce solutions
- Familiarity with Southeast Asia markets such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam
- Existing network with agencies, partners, or SMB ecosystems in Southeast Asia
