• Project Sales Executive (Aluminium & Glass): Involves sourcing new projects, reading building plans, preparing quotations/tenders, and closing sales for products like curtain walls, facades, and windows.
• Sales Executive (Residential/Commercial Products): Sells aluminium cabinets, gates, and windows, often involving site visits and measurements.
• Sales Coordinator: Supports the sales team by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring on-time delivery for orders.

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Actively identifying potential customers (contractors, builders, architects) through networking, cold calling, and industry association meetings.
• Sales & Negotiation: Presenting product offerings (e.g., aluminum composite panels, frames, doors), preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms to close sales deals.
• Project Estimation Support: Collaborating with the technical or estimating department to develop accurate bids for projects, ensuring project costs and technical specifications are met.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and conducting site visits to discuss project needs.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Identifying industry trends, tracking competitor activities, and determining customer needs to develop strategic sales plans and marketing campaigns.
• Target Achievement & Reporting: Setting and achieving monthly or annual sales quotas, and reporting sales performance and forecasting to senior management.
• Production Coordination: Informing the production team of order specifications and keeping them updated on timelines to ensure on-time delivery of manufactured products.
