Job DescriptionWorking Days & Hours:
  • Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) / (Saturday: 8am to 1pm)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday(Half Day)
Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 - 35 years old.
  • Possess a valid driving license and able to drive.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance and accountability.
  • Able to adapt effectively in challenging and fast-paced environments.
  • Able to travel for outstation when required.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Medically and physically fit to meet the requirements of the position.
  • Experience in shipping/logistics is an added advantage (MYCIEDS and MMSW system).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - guidance will be provided.
Job Scopes:
  • Handle general administrative duties and documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping activities (import & export).
  • Prepare and follow up on shipping documents.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, agents, and authorities.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates.
  • Assist in daily office operations.
  • Assist with any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
