  • Skills /Competencies:
  • Essential Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience with LabVantage LIMS- Sample Management, Test Management, SDMS, Instrument Integration, Reports & Analytics.
  • LabVantage Administration experience- best practices, configuration management, data quality checks.
  • LabVantage Implementation experience- installation, configuration, upgrades, workflow setup, master data preparation, report configuration.
  • Experience integrating LabVantage with analytical instruments via SDMS, parsing rules, standard interfaces and other enterprise systems such as SAP, OSI PI, Oil Accounting System etc.
  • Experience in LabVantage customization- Java, JavaScript, SQL/Oracle DBMS
  • Experience with LabVantage ELN/SDMS- template setup, file capture rules.
  • Working experience with JBoss/WildFly (application server)
  • LabVantage Administrator & End-user training experience.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Oil & Gas, Refinery Labs, Petrochemical Testing.
  • Exposure to LabVantage implementation lifecycle- planning, design, build, validation, deployment.
  • Experience with LabVantage rollouts, upgrades, support, and administration.
  • Ability to perform technical reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Experience mentoring junior/mid-level LIMS developers.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Excellent customer interfacing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of security considerations, risk assessments, data integrity (ALCOA+), ISO/GxP environments.
