Junior Sales Executive

• Opportunity to convert to Permanent staff after 1 year contract period.
• Working hours: 10am to 7pm

• Proven experience in reseller sales, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry,
• Strong understanding of reseller dynamics and traditional trade distribution models,
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets,
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills,
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools,
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Achieve and exceed sell-out targets by effectively managing assigned inventory and driving volume through a network of wholesale resellers.

• Proactively identify and engage new resellers through both digitally through cold call and WhatsApp and in-person field sales.

• Build, maintain, and manage strong, trust-based relationships with existing resellers to ensure sales performance and retention.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities to optimize value for both the company and the resellers.

• Maintain a clear understanding of the company's products, industry trends, and market dynamics.

• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services, ensuring alignment with each reseller's needs and goals.
