The Assistant Manager supports the delivery of agency transformation initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively on the ground. The role focuses on execution discipline, PMO support, and cross functional coordination to translate plans into day-to-day outcomes.Transformation Initiative SupportSupport the execution of assigned agency transformation initiatives across defined workstreams.Assist in coordinating deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.Track progress and provide regular updates to ensure visibility of execution status.PMO & Execution SupportSupport PMO processes, including status tracking, documentation, and follow‑up of action items.Maintain meeting cadence, prepare materials, and document decisions and outcomes.Flag execution risks, delays, or dependencies early for escalation.Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional CoordinationWork with internal stakeholders across business and support functions to support initiative delivery.Assist in aligning stakeholders on timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.Facilitate communication and follow‑up to ensure actions are progressed.Data Tracking & ReportingTrack delivery progress using defined KPIs and milestones.Prepare basic dashboards, reports, and insights to support execution monitoring.Highlight gaps in adoption or execution and support follow‑up actions.Field Implementation SupportSupport rollout and implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.Assist in ensuring initiatives are understood and embedded into day‑to‑day agency operations.Capture field feedback to support continuous improvement.Job Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Experience:Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.Exposure to project coordination, transformation initiatives, strategy execution, or business operations is preferred.Prior experience supporting agency‑related initiatives is an advantage.Knowledge & Skills:Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables.Comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting issue escalation.Basic data analysis and reporting skills.Structured, disciplined, and proactive working style.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
