  • Must have experience in hardware and machinery ,specially Paint category with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in conducting market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape within the hardware and machinery industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present product information and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge of hardware and machinery, including features, benefits, and applications, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the hardware and machinery sector.
  • Must be willing to work in a hybrid work environment and commute to the Kuala Lumpur office as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hardware and machinery sector, leveraging market analysis and product knowledge to target potential clients and projects.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships through regular communication and dedicated support, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for hardware and machinery products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the hardware and machinery distribution sector.
  • Provide technical product support and training to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of the company's hardware and machinery products.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients, promote the company's products, and stay informed about industry trends.
