Job DescriptionRequirementsBachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field (e.g., BFA, BA in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design).Some roles accept associate degrees or certificate programsif paired with strong portfolios and experience.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or CAD tools.Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and digital/print production processes.Ability to create blueprints, mockups, and prototypesfor concepts and products.1-2 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, often gained through internships, freelance projects, or school assignments.A portfolio showcasing creativity, technical ability, and problem-solving across different projects is essential.Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams.Creativity and innovation in developing new concepts.Time management and organization to meet deadlines.Critical thinking to solve design challenges effectively.Responsibilities1. Conceptualization & PlanningUnderstand project requirements and interpret design briefs clearly.Conduct research on trends, target audience, and competitors to inform design direction.Develop creative concepts, sketches, and prototypes before final execution.2. Design ExecutionCreate visual solutions such as graphics, layouts, product models, or user interfaces.Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AutoCAD) to produce high-quality designs.Ensure designs align with brand identity, usability, and functionality.3. CollaborationWork closely with clients, marketing teams, engineers, or developers to refine and finalize designs.Present design ideas and justify creative choices to stakeholders.Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining design integrity.4. Project & Time ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.Maintain organized files and documentation for design assets and workflows.Ensure compliance with industry standards and production requirements.5. Continuous ImprovementStay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.Experiment with new techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency.Contribute to innovation and problem-solving within the team or organization.Benefits
