Job DescriptionOur client, a leading multinational in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and committed Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their operations and drive excellence.Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement daily performance routines and KPIs to sustain operational focus
Integrate safety and quality into frontline systems and decision-making
Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and root cause analysis
Lead lean initiatives and reduce waste through structured improvement frameworks
Champion CI tools such as 8D, Enabler programs, and Kaizen activities
Strengthen E2E supply chain planning through lean principles
Build operator capability with training, skill development, and technical certifications
Enhance engagement and team ownership in partnership with HR
Map production processes and define key skill sets for operational roles
Support plant initiatives like Autonomous Maintenance, CIL, and Center Lining
Promote data literacy-train teams on SPC, DOE, and performance analysis
Drive leadership capability among line leaders through structured development
Challenge existing practices and pioneer improvements in systems and quality
Lead efforts in QA digitalization and automation standards

Job requirements

Degree in Engineering with strong factory floor exposure
Proficiency in lean tools and statistical methods
Experience leading CI in high-performance manufacturing
Food industry background is an advantage
