- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Coordinate induction, orientation, and training programs.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
- Monitor performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance.
- Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace.
- Support facilities management, AMC contracts, and asset tracking.
