If you're passionate about customer-centric innovation and eager to make a significant impact on technology at Grab, come join us and help shape the future of technology.This role will be reporting to Solution Manager II, People Systems and based onsite at Petaling Jaya.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Support and coordinate HR Systems matters such as change request and issue resolution.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Workday features to stay up-to-date on all Workday releases and fixes.
  • Maintain and manage Workday systems; serve as functional and technical expert.
  • Perform system administration functions including business process configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data using EIBs, and interfaces.
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues and recommend new features based on application releases.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice; recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation, and train users on new processes and functionality.
  • Assist in the development of change management, communication and training plans.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • Knowledge and experience with Workday business configuration, security administration, Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIBs.
  • With 1-2 years experience and exposure to Workday modules such as Core HCM, Leave and Absence, Benefit, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking.
  • Had at least 1 implementation cycle of the Workday module or Post Production support experience.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Strong data analysis, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of audit and data privacy regulations.
