Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to align resources with strategic priorities • Maintain strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness
Maintain continuity of leadership and critical finance partnering capability, with a succession plan for the Business Controller role
Assist Business Controller on daily operations
Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Areas of Responsibility:

Decision making support for local management
Have an active role as a financial expert in the management team
Act as a catalyst for new business ideas
Challenge the management team with constructive financial perspectives
Support for monthly operative reporting, delivered on time and with good quality in accordance with group policies, including reporting to group systems (e.g., Onestream) and to business management
Analyze and filter financial data, draw conclusions, and propose observations and recommendations to the local management team Partial Qualitative

Focus on the following financial tasks:o P/L, B/S and KPI analysiso Cost structure development o Assets managemento Cash flow analysiso Customer / project / product / agreement profitabilityo Forecastingo Annual and strategic long-term planningo Maintenance of local ERP financial parametersFinance part of operational risk management:o Contractual guaranteeso AR collectionso Credit policy implementationo Insurance policyo Contractual guidelineso Other operational financial riskso Support on ERP/ SAP systems change managementQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Education / Professional Qualification:

Hold a recognized professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification.

Job Experience:

Bring a minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience.

Specific Knowledge / Skill:

Demonstrate practical working knowledge of the application of Financial Reporting Standards.
Possess practical expertise in utilizing a fully integrated computerized system (e.g., integrated ERP), which is an advantage.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Exhibit a high level of integrity, meticulousness, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Expertise in Excel and tools such as Power Query is an advantage.
