- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Experience in programme and operate CNC Milling / Lathe / Turning
- Able to interpret geometrical drawings and dimension tolerances
- Able to machine different material such as metal, aluminum, engineering plastics and etc.
- Knowledge of programs, macros, CAM software and GDT
- Able to recognize errors in the G-code and make edits prior to machining the work piece
- Able to communicate effectively with wide variety of internal and external customers
- High patient person, willingness to learn new things, positive attitude with 'can do' mindset
- To operate precision machines and perform equipment maintenance
- To check all tooling, gauges and program are correct before commencing jobs
- To set up and read through the programming, as well as make program alterations on minor error encounters
- To verifying dimensions and alignment of assembly, using measuring instruments, such as micrometers, height gauges and gauges blocks
- To inspecting and measuring parts to gather statistical process control data
- To ensure that machining work carried out meet the required quality as stated in the respective manuals and technical documents
- To confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems
- Ensure that regular maintenanceis conducted in a planned and timely manner
