The role focuses on achieving strategic, operational, and financial success, balancing customer interests, technical feasibility, and Neways' business objectives. Operating at a senior level, the Project Manager carries end-to-end responsibility for project outcomes, including profitability and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution from design/engineering to production.Translate customer requirements into clear roadmaps and execution plans.Align customer needs with technical feasibility and Neways' strategic goals.Establish the Project Management Office (PMO) structure for Neways Malaysia.Drive cross-functional coordination across Production, Enginering, Quality, Procurement, and Business Development.Act as the single point of contact across internal stakeholders.Coach and guide multidisciplinary project teams.Manage project financials: budget, forecast, reporting, and profitability.Oversee risks, issues, and change management using formal PM frameworks.Escalate critical blockers promptly to protect project timelines.Engage relevant government authorities (e.g., Bomba, DOSH, and other regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance for new project development.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and dashboards for visibility.
