Able to converse fluently using Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
Able to read & write Traditional Mandarin word
Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; above
Working Hours： 24/7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working

Responsibilities

Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
