- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and internal teams.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and 3PLs for seamless operations.
- Negotiate transport contracts and manage related budgets.
- Develop logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- Supervise and develop team members; maintain high morale and performance.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage space.
- Address and resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Track and report on logistics KPIs and performance.
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service.
- Coordinate timely material and product deliveries with suppliers/vendors.
- Participate in cross-functional supply chain improvement projects.
- Present logistics performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and shipment tracking.
- Manage 3PL relationships for quality and timely service.
