The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting while supporting strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Lead Financial Close & Reporting - Oversee all month‑end closing activities with support from the shared services team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage Cash Flow & Compliance - Monitor and manage company cash flow while ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, statutory requirements, and tax/GST/SST obligations.
  • Strengthen Controls & Governance - Maintain robust internal controls and ensure they operate effectively in line with corporate standards.
  • Drive Planning, Forecasting & Performance Insights - Partner with business and functional leaders to shape growth strategies, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver insightful variance analysis against plans and prior periods.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
