  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design and renovation.
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Present our interior design and renovation packages confidently in Mandarin or English.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business.
